The University issues a VAT invoice at the request of the Purchaser who is a natural person in accordance with 106b sec. 3 of the act on tax on goods and services (VAT), i.e. in the case of a request made by the Buyer not later than within 3 months from the end of the month in which the whole or part of the payment was received. The university will not issue an invoice if the request is submitted after this date.
If the Purchaser is the company, the University issues VAT in accordance with the provisions of the VAT Act, i.e. by the 15th day of the month following the month in which the University received the payment for postgraduate studies.
