Dean’s announcement
Dear Students of the Faculty of Agriculture and Ecology,
Due to the growing number of confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infections among WRiE SGGW students, the general epidemiological situation in Poland, taking into account the announcement of the Rector and the Vice-Rector for didactics, from Wednesday, 26 January to the end of the winter semester, classes at full-time and part-time / and II degree courses at the Faculty of Agriculture and Ecology will be conducted using distance learning methods and techniques.
Exceptionally, classes may be conducted in a stationary form on the campus at times agreed upon by the teacher and students only when achieving practical learning outcomes requires direct contact with the academic teacher or specialized laboratory equipment.
Direct contact should be limited only to matters that absolutely require it.
All student applications during the above period
should be submitted as scans to the appropriate dean’s offices.
To verify the assumed learning outcomes I recommend using remote communication tools in study programmes (MS Teams / Moodle).
If the specificity of a course / module requires the organization of credits or examinations on a stationary form, particular attention should be paid to ensuring the safety of students and lecturers by booking large rooms and keeping a distance – in such case it is required to provide the Dean
with notification of the organization of such a credit or examination
(by the course coordinator, in cooperation with the students).
